Les,

Sorry you are experiencing some issues.....

Can you send me a list of products that you are trying to purchase and what payment type you were attempting to use?

My email is bcrise@music123.com

Re: help needed

Hi Les,

Hopefully you have already resolved the issue, but just in case you haven't...

My guess is that you may have been dialing the toll free number, which is probably only a working number if calling from within the USA. Toll free numbers are often setup this way due to the higher cost of the incoming calls from other countries.

Looking at the "Contact Us" page http://www.music123.com/staticPages/contactUs.jsp  I see they are listing the "International Long Distance" number as  (574) 251-3341, which you would place a 001 in front of, dialing: 0015742513341

00 is the international prefix used to dial somewhere outside of the UK

1 is the international code used to dial to the USA (also used between two US numbers when the area codes are different)

574 is the area code (sometimes also called the city code)

2513341 is the local number.

So, again, disregarding parenthesis, hyphens, or periods, that are often used to separate the portions, you would simply dial: 0015742513341

All the best to you!
